The man who welcomed us was extremely kind, he explained to us well how to go everywhere, he gave us a map and helped us with the routes, he allowed us to leave our luggage while we walked around the city, they were very kind to us, the location is very good and everything It was very clean, 100% recommended

Very nice hotel. Big room with kettle, coffee and tea, bathroom equipped with everything you need. The room was warm (we traveled in January). Fantastic breakfast, everything was fresh and good quality. Whole place was very clean and Andrea was friendly and helpful. Perfect location to stay in Venice.

We stayed in the Canal View Room at B&B Fortuny, which was magnificent as it was directly above one of the canals, allowing us to watch the passing traffic. Staying with Andrea was a pleasure as he is an exceptional host who cares about his guests. Breakfast was delicious, and if anything ran out, all we had to do was ask Andrea and he would immediately restock. He is also available in person or by phone, which was very convenient. The B&B is situated in the heart (but at the same time not in the crowded area) of Venice, so you can easily visit various areas. When we return to Venice, we would be happy to stay at B&B Fortuny with Andrea again.

Everything. It is a place full of local details and exceptional service. The room is very comfortable and you are pampered with tea, coffee and small cookies inside the room. You also have a small safe inside and hair dryer. In the bathroom you have complementary toothbrush, toothpaste and vanity kits in case you need them. Everything is clean and of excellent quality. The owner is super kind and incredible helpful with all the questions that you may have as a tourist (and I had a LOT) and with the best attitude in the world. 🙌🏻

Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk to St Marco square. Less then 5 minutes to the St. Angelo boat stop. Good restaurants, markets for food, other shops all within blocks.

Tastefully furnished room. Equipped with everything we needed. Perfectly located right next to the center and in the courtyard peace and quiet. Excellent point for exploring the city. Very good contact with the host who did not sleep at night and navigated us until we were safe on site. Special attention should be paid to Mrs. Krystyna who cleans the facility. Everything is perfectly cleaned. Fresh and warm breakfasts. Very good coffee. I will come back here with friends. I sincerely recommend

The apartment is in a great location, with easy access to the train station and airport. Close enough to all Venice has to offer but away from all the people. It is very clean and has everything you need. There was cleaning service throughout our stay, which was a plus. Check-in was a breeze. I would recommend staying here if you are in Venice.

Property was very clean, very easy to access and close to many of the main parts of Venice. Also, it is a very very short walk to get on the airport water taxi so we didn’t have to pull our suitcases through town which was a huge plus and made exiting Venice to the airport very easy. Also, the air conditioning was a huge plus. Andrea was fabulous. Make sure you get directions from him on your first full day, how to explore the entire city and get away from the crowds.

The thoughtful details: everything we needed from this B&B was provided. The host, Andrea was in contact from the day I booked the room, through our departure. Travel options from airport to San Marco, exact directions to find the property, recommendations for sightseeing — Andrea thought of everything. Our highlight, the breakfast! It was the perfect start to each day.

Upon arrival, the host Andrea was waiting for us and check-in was very easy. The rooms are extremely clean, including the bathroom, and quite modern. Breakfast is good too, with both savoury and sweet options. Location is central, you can reach the main sights on foot and there’s also a water-bus stop round the corner. We had a late flight after check-out and were able to leave our bags at the property and collect them later on in the day with no problems. Andrea was very helpful and gave us information on how to get there, attractions etc both before our stay and during. The perfect stay in Venice !
